Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns. However, we provide a 7-day exchange policy for eligible items. If you receive an incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

You must provide clear video proof of the product (showing the issue/unboxing) as evidence of receiving a wrong or defective item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
