2.2 Any applicable taxes or handling fees are included in the final shipping cost shown at checkout.  

3. Order Processing Time

3.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. 3.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.  

4. Estimated Delivery Time

4.1 Delivery timelines may vary by location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days
4.2 These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to external factors such as:
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier-related issues
  • Public holidays or local disruptions
 

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing:
  • Tracking number
  • Courier name and link
5.2 You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real-time.  

6. Failed Deliveries

6.1 If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable:
  • The courier may attempt redelivery
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
6.2 If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to verify the address and arrange re-shipment.  

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please:
  • Notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging or missing items
7.2 We will resolve the issue promptly, either via a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.  

8. International Shipping
